These pepole are wonderful! When I went to Central Avenue the sales people explained everything to me and they have a wonderful variety of people. Salesman, Adam Rosin, basically lied about items on the contract and said that Chrysler would cover them but when it came time, they did not. First of all, when i went in to purchase my vehicle i was quoted a rather reasonable price for a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. I was told that the car was used for dealer purposes only as a demo car. I purchased the car. From the day i bought it home (3months ago) i have had nothing but problems with it. I recently looked up the carfax report for the vehicle and found out that not only had i been lied to by the xxxxxxx sales people but that my car had been abused as a RENTAL car. Since, I have taken it to servce on a weekly basis...they never fix the problem and keep having me going back - I asked that they trade in the vehicle for a new one (same kind of car) and they told me that i ca trade it in -- lose the 5 grand that already went into the car AND put more money down to get the new one. I am so fed up with this running around. I feel my vehicle is unsafe to put my 1 year old in. My wife has also went numerous times with the baby while driving the car the car made noises in the engine so she went straight to the dealership- they kept the car for two days and said they found nothing wrong with it. I have had brand new cars every car that i've had- never had this kind of issue. this is the first and LAST time i will ever purchase a car from Chrysler - let alone this dealership- full of LIARS!!! After the warranty ran out i found out that in fact there were technical service bulletins for both items and it was a common bushing failure and should have been replaced under the warranty. on another vehicle a 2000 sebring the front wheel bearings failed on one side, Jeff assured me that both wheel bearings would be replaced. i later discovered that only one was replaced as the factory installed retaining washers were still on one rotor. the leather seats were also burnt with solder when they had to repair the rear defroster on the sebring and i still have the imprint of a chain link fence they backed the car into on a 100 degree day. Avoid this dealership at all costs More
The service department was horrible. That had no idea what they were doing. They were very undriendly, and abrupt. BUT the worst was that they were insisting that the work I needed was not covered unde what they were doing. They were very undriendly, and abrupt. I had a transmission problem with my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokke and at first they misdiagnosed it as a Governor Pressure Sensor and a Governor Transducer and then said that this was not the problem. After contacting my Extended Warranty service provider, this Chrysler "service center" was authorized to install a salvage transmission and they would not do the work. After having my vehicle at this dealer's "service center" for five weeks, I am taking it out of there and towing it to AAMCO. Lastly, they had my transmission partially disassembled and charged me $265.00 to reassemble it after they had misdiagnosed it! The representatives at this dealer's "service center" are not courteous. They are arrogant and unfair to the consumer. More
Went to have side view mirrors replaced...was quoted a very high price if I paid with a credit card..offered a lower price if I paid with cash(what kind of 5 * dealer is this?). Ultimately paid a lower price when i spoke with advisor. (YES..3 different prices quoted for same part!) Job was to replace both right and left sideview mirrors...to install them took 35 min. , BUT Central Ave. Chrysler Jeep charged me for 2 seperate jobs at a minimum of 1 hr. each...Charged me for 2 hours, when it only took 35 minutes. They refused to adjust price and Mgr(sid?) also refused.. THIS WAS GRAND THEFT ...NEVER USE THESE GUYS More
My 2000 Jeep Cherokee was leaking radiator fluid so I decided to have it checked out. Just making an appointment was a hassel, it took over 10 minutes to get someone on the phone. About 2 pm I decided to call and see what the status was, after going thru another phone xxxx I was told that no one had a chance to look at it and they would like me to leave it another day. Not that I had much choice, but I agreed. The next day I again called the dealership to see what the status was on the vehicle, unfortunately the person working on the vehicle was out to lunch and would not return until later. I kindly asked them to call me with the status once he/she returned from lunch. They agreed. Five o'clock rolled around and I had not heard anything so I tried to call. I was unable to get anyone on the phone and so I was reserved to the fact that I would be without my car another day. I called the next morning and was told someone was working on it now and should know something soon. Hours later I still hadn't recieved a call. So I decided to leave work a little early and check on my vehicle. I found it sitting quietly in their parking lot. I went inside to inquire and they told me that it had not been fixed yet and they aske me if I could leave it another day. At this point I simply asked for my keys and decided to go somewhere else. Rather than be apologetic for their handling of the matter they were very rude and course while I tried to take the high road with this bunch of idiots and simply leave and voice my opinion here. I encourage all to stay away from this dealership at all costs. A good mechanic is truly hard to find. More

When pointed out sales manager got angry, changed the lease by adding the $500 back to the trade-in and then increased Miscellanous charges by $500 so the total lease never changed.
