I have been a customer of Bill DiGiacomo's for almost 15 years. I trust him and I value his input when it comes to the upkeep of my vehicle. The quality of work that comes out of the shop is excellent; pricy but you get what you pay for. I never second guess the workmanship regardless if it's just an oil change or a complete set of brakes. If something is "recommended" by Bill then I know it needs to be addressed. I trust him completely. Overall it would be an understatement to say "I would follow Bill anywhere". He's an asset to any Chrysler Dealership due to his ability to make the customer feel like they are the "only" one he has!!
