I purchased this vehicle new/factory ordered from Central Ave. Chrysler Jeep Dodge BECAUSE OF THE SALESMAN, SYLVESTER TUKES AND THE OUTSTANDING SERVICE HE PROVIDED. I was originally directed to Eastchester Ave. Chrysler Jeep Dodge BECAUSE OF THE SALESMAN, SYLVESTER TUKES AND THE OUTSTANDING SERVICE HE PROVIDED. I was originally directed to Eastchester Chrysler and Jeep by Truecar.com. I got a good price and wanted to test drive before purchasing. I intended to purchase after a satisfactory test drive. I went to Eastchester the day after Thanksgiving, gave the name of the TrueCar.com contact at the dealership, waited for more than an hour and was seen by no one. When I complained loudly, I met with a person who advised they didn't have the car I wanted to test drive (even though I was told they did when I called ahead). The saleswoman advised I could get the car I wanted to test drive in a few days. I would have to leave a $100 (refundable) deposit. I did not want to do that. The next day I went to Central Avenue Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I called ahead and was assured they had the car. When I arrived, Mr. Tukes was waiting for me (with a big smile on his face) in front of the dealership with the car ready and fob in hand. He copied my license and off I went. I even got to take the car home to make sure it cleared the sidewalk to go into my garage. Sweet! That is why I purchased with Central Ave! I also purchased there because they have Saturday service hours. A GREAT EXPERIENCE! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP! More

I would only recommend this dealership because what choice do i actually have. They own all the ones in my area so i have to go to them. The short version is I do not trust my service experience. i always feel hostage to their findings and i always know that once i am done something else will break shortly after and i will have to pay again. In the words of Ben Franklin an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Every time I service my car something else goes wrong shortly after. An example will be my last service trip 3 weeks ago. I started receiving a service 4 wheel drive system message on my dash. I brought the car in and was so petrified of what they would tell me. I was nervous about the bills what else would break etc. I was happy to discover that the majority of the work would be covered under warantee. I still had to pay 600 out of pocket ( that is a lot for me, i am sure not for some but for me it is) but was OK and even had them perform optional services to thank them for being nice throughout the experience. I was more excited that i would not have to pay thousands. two weeks after this service i start getting the same service 4 wheel drive message plus a check engine light now and then. First thing i think is here we go again, why does this always happen. I make another appointment when i am greeted at the counter i explain the car was here for this exact message two weeks ago and now the sound and the message are back. i am then told by my service agent. Well did you expect the service to fix the problem we didn't say what we were doing would fix it. You can imagine how i felt at this point. I was furious inside but kept my cool. This is exactly what i expected. I get an error you charge my insurance coverage thousands and me 600 i completely expect the issue to be resolved but this service person does not believe that to be the case. My car is currently in this shop and i am awaiting the call to tell me how i owe hundreds more. Why do you operate this way, why do you in my opinion milk everyone for everything you can. I have been a jeep owner for 14 years ( multiple jeeps of course) but this will be my last one because i cant deal with the feeling of being squeezed for every penny from this team anymore. I am sorry i love Jeep cars it's the service and the cost that this dealership group has taken me for is what i can not stand. It is a shame. More
I was treated in a friendly but business-like manner. I asked to see certain models and I was immediately shown them. Paperwork was handled efficiently and I never felt anyone was wasting my time. I was assisted with a repair to the leased vehicle I was returning so that the return could be handled easily and my insurance company accepted the recommended facility. My new lease qualified for a $500 discount and the saleman built that into the lease price lowering my monthly payments $14 per month. I was pleased with the price and the overall experience. Also got four free oil changes. More
First I went to the Jeep dealership in White Plains, NY. The salesman there was very polite but unfortunately the manager Ted was arrogant and rude. I was trading in my 7 year old Jeep Grand Cherokee for a 2012 Wrangler and they only wanted to give me $8,500 for it, when it was worth a lot more. He said they wouldn't budge on it and that was the best they could do. I told them that I would go to Central Ave Chrysler dealership and Ted said, "tell them I said hi" with his sarcasm and nasty attitude. Well I did come to this dealership and purchased the car within a half hour of being there. The people were curteous and accomodating. Not only did they give me a deal for my trade in which they gave me $10,500, something White Plains said they couldn't do, but they beat the price on the new car too. Our salesperson went above and beyond for us, even aplogizing for what happened at White Plains, even though he had nothing to do with their arrogant nasty ways at White Plains. Joe C. was our salesperson and he was awaesome! Gave us exactly what we wanted and some. We purchased our brand new car and the next day picked it up. The whole process with Joe, Jimmy, and Gui and this dealership was above and beyond what any other dealership has ever been and sure better then White Plains. Plus we were stuck at the White Plains one for 2-3 hours. We were at this dealership for about an hour in total. Go in and talk to Joe at Central Ave Chrysler. I promise you will not be disappointed! I would highly highly highly recommend them. If you don't believe it, go to WP and then go to Yonkers and see for yourself. If you want to deal with professional people and not amateurs, go to Yonkers. More
Leased my third consecutive Jeep Grand Cherokee here in December and had a minor vibration problem. Called Bill & made an appointment. He was very courteous & asked if I needed a ride home or to work after I dropped off. I said I did & was very pleased with the sevice. The valet & all the staff could not have been more accomadating. Bill called me within 2 hours & told me the problem was resolved with no charge to me. When I went back to pick up my vehicle once again Bill & the staff were very helpful & proffessional. I keep going back here because I am very pleased with the sales staff (Roz & Jim Inginito) as well as the sevice department. Everywhere is spotless and I feel like they actually value my business. Bill always gives great customer service and is very professional. He makes sure to inform the customer beforehand what is needed to be done on their car and also what it will cost. Requested rebuilt part due to car being older; they agreed over phone but went ahead and put in new part at much higher cost to us; GPS stolen while car was in their lot & they refused to take any resp agreed over phone but went ahead and put in new part at much higher cost to us; GPS stolen while car was in their lot & they refused to take any responsibility ... we went to this repair shop in an emergency situation and would never recommend to anyone. Between car rental, stolen GPS and repair bill a power steering pump problem cost almost $1,400. Enough said. More
I purchased my 2008 PT cruiser in August of 2008. I could not even imagine bringing my car to be serviced by anyone else who knows my car as they do. Bill the Service Advisor was wonderful and friendly when I went for my 21,000 check-up, when I asked him how long it would take approx for me to have my care back, he said in about an hour, well I got there 7:30am and was out by 8:35am, I was stunned as to the way the place was run with knowledge and efficency it was fantastic and there was no charge to me. I love my Cruiser and would never trust it to anyone but Central Ave Chrysler Jeep. I am also very impressed with the new look especially the service area and the customer waiting room....Nice work.
