This is our second car lease/purchase from Central Avenue Jeep, and we couldn't be happier with the service. Just recently purchased a used 2010 Chrysler Sebring that I located on the internet from Central Avenue. Brian K was my sales contact, and he was pleasure to work with. Brian made a commitment that the car would be delivered to my satisfaction, and he definitely met his commitment. I was genuinely impressed with the condition of the car when I came back to finalize the purchase. Brian had all the paperwork ready for the sales process when I arrived, so I was very quickly on my way in my "new" used car. More

Brought vehicle in multiple times for recalls. Gave them all the recall info up front so they knew what needed to be done. Dropped the car off... it was not ready when they said it would be. Eventually went to pick it up and was told I had to bring it back because they needed to order parts for one of the recalls. I wish they told me that up front because now I had to bring the vehicle in AGAIN, wasting my time. Also, had taken taxis home multiple times until I learned they had a drop off service. I asked them to drop me off at home one time and was told they were short staffed and could not do it. What a surprise. I had additional similar experiences of them wasting my time, but you get the point. I would never buy a new vehicle from this place knowing in advance how their service is. More

I called this dealer for a lease price on a Grand Cherokee and a Dodge Ram. She told me her manager was not in yet, and would get back to me later in the day. She called me back later in the day and again said "I'd really like to get you in here" - again I told her to give me the price first, let me see if it's doable, even if it's just a ballpark figure. She was hesitant, but told me she'd get back to me after she spoke with her manager. Never heard back! Long story short, ended up going elsewhere and was treated MUCH BETTER! They gave me a price on the phone - went up there, no games, no hassles. A little farther from home than I would have liked, but whatever. Ended up getting a gorgeous 2013 Grand Cherokee Limited, 2012 Dodge Ram Big Horn crew cab (my toy!), and my brother-in-law came with us and last minute decided to trade in his car and get a 2012 Wrangler Unlimited leftover. 3 sales in one night up north, NOT in Yonkers, thanks to their rediculous, obsolete sales tactics. This is 2012, people like to shop on the phone and online. Get with the program and start respecting your customers' schedules and personal time. More

purchased used 2009 Grand Cherokee which I have not been happy with since I purchased in November. Regretfully traded in a 2011 Hytundai Sonata and got a less than fair offer of 16k as opposed to what Carma happy with since I purchased in November.
