Dealer pulled a bait and switch... Quoted me one price verbally and then the paperwork had a higher price. When confronted the sales manager stated "I am sorry but we can not honor that original agreed u verbally and then the paperwork had a higher price. When confronted the sales manager stated "I am sorry but we can not honor that original agreed upon price, either take it or leave it." The next day we reached out to the owner Mr. Grant, who stated "I am terribily sorry this was a big misunderstand, I will honor the original price as agreed." Later that day recieved another phone call from an employee stating the deal was no longer going to happen at the agreed price and that the owner was sorry. Completely unmoral, unethical dealer, BUYER BEWARE!!! More

On December 26th, my overall experience at the central avenue jeep dealership was great. once my wife, myself and my sister in law enter we was greeted by a floor manager and he asked if we had an appoin avenue jeep dealership was great. once my wife, myself and my sister in law enter we was greeted by a floor manager and he asked if we had an appointment and with who. I guess the person I had the initial appointment with was busy therefore we was then directed to Manny Fakhouri. Which I have to say since the very beginning he was very honest about everything, difference between finance and leasing which we decided on leasing. he showed us his entire inventory of 2014 jeep grand Cherokee and proceeded on asking what color, interior style, explaining optional features. until we found the car that me and my wife wanted. Manny allowed us to take a test drive with a similar model 4x4 Laredo and it went really smooth I was in love. we proceeded on with the financial paperwork which Manny guided us through every step. there was a little mishap in the system but we got approved and therefore Manny told us that the rest of the process, financial paperwork and detailing the car will take about 2 hours he suggested we could go out run some errands and he would call us back in 2hours. exactly 2 hours later we got a phone call from Manny stating the car was ready to be picked up. we went to the dealership, filled out the rest of the paperwork, explaining everything payments, protections and insurance coverage. once that was done we got to see the car, which Manny again took his time to introduce us to all of the cars features in a detailed explanation. Like I said before it was a great car buying experience and I would definitely recommend the central avenue jeep dealership to all. More

Overall very bad experience, we took delivery of a Grand Cherokee and after getting home realized the temp inspection was not attached. We also traded in and were due a check which we still have not receive Cherokee and after getting home realized the temp inspection was not attached. We also traded in and were due a check which we still have not received over10 days later due to the fact that Manny never took a copy of the contract to submit and then "forgot" to contact us. The overall experience has been unacceptable as the team never returns calls and gives us a run around. Wish we had gone elsewhere. More
