Excellent service I have had multiple experiences with service and each time it was a pleasure due to Kathryn (i think that is her name). She is mature and professional, and always gives accurate wait times with a pleasant demeanor...it gives you a family feeling. And I see the other staff treating customers well too. They called as soon as the original rating went live, and got my car in again , keeping it 2 days and "going through it with a fine tooth comb" to find and correct the new noises. While I was disappointed I needed to bring it back in a 3rd time for a complication that didn't exist before, I was happy that the General and Service Managers both made sure that I understood that they were eager to retain my business, did everything necessary to satisfy my concerns, and it appears the issue has been resolved. Bought a vehicle here, had it maintained here, no problems until 50,000 mile service. Took the car in as normal with NO issues for preventative maintenance, but when I picked up the car after brakes and tire rotation, etc, now I'm hearing noises that were not present before. I've taken it back twice since then - the first time, I was told they "couldn't find" the noises. The second time I was told something else. The noises are getting worse. I use this vehicle to transport clients, and this is unacceptable. Time to take these issues somewhere else to have the problem corrected, and then sue for damages. I cannot express how disappointed my wife and I are, and our plans for another VW will by necessity be shopped elsewhere. More
Service department does not stand behind their promises Brought my car in a few times for a vibration issue. Service department said it was the tires "absolutely nothing wrong with the car", however if I Brought my car in a few times for a vibration issue. Service department said it was the tires "absolutely nothing wrong with the car", however if I put new tires on it and it happened again they would fix the issue and replace the tires. It happened again and are only willing to check alignment if I purchase tires there. They never advised alignment be checked on any of the previous checks. Remember, absolutely nothing wrong with the car. I will never purchase a car from there again. I need a service department that is willing to keep their promises. More

Services dept broke my car I noticed a part in my car is broken. No one other than this garage has ever worked on my car, so I know the damage was done there. The worst part about it is that they used pieces of tape to hold the part in place. When I contacted the manager of the services dept, his excuses were nothing but lame. He said that part falls off with time, so his technicians taped it in place so it'd not fall. He could not sympathize or reason with me and completely failed to notice the irresponsibility behind his so-called technician's actions. The part didn't simply fall, it was BROKEN and then taped! Take your car there if you want, but make sure to inspect it thoroughly and look for pieces of tape when you get it back. More

Worst service center experience I've ever had. Upon realizing there was a recall for my car, I contacted Central Auto Group and was told to bring the car in to be serviced. While there, I opted int Upon realizing there was a recall for my car, I contacted Central Auto Group and was told to bring the car in to be serviced. While there, I opted into having an additional problem diagnosed and was quoted the same day for well over $1000 to complete the job. From the parts list that I received, 25% of the parts listed weren't even compatible with my car, let alone causing the problem. Additionally, the parts I was quoted for were priced at a 300% markup compared to identical parts from another Hyundai dealership. The allotted labor charged was 8 hours for a job that ProDemand recommends 2.5 hours for (which is what it actually took for me to complete it myself). In total, I paid half of what they wanted to charge me for parts alone. I don't plan to ever return again, even for recall work. I'd rather drive an additional 30 miles to a reputable dealership who deserves and appreciates their customers' business. More

I also purchased the maintenance agreement for my car, and was told I would receive a loaner car every time I came in for scheduled maintenance. NOT so. They apparently have one loaner car that is always on loan to someone else. I would not have paid thousands of dollars extra for a maintenance agreement had I known about this! When I used my "vacuum" coupon, they did not vacuum the entire car, only the tops of the mats and floors--the back cargo area was left dirty. For purchasing, they continuously "have to check with the manager" and leave you sitting until you walk out on them before giving you their best deal. It is too stressful to purchase a car there, and we are seriously considering switching to a dealership that does not play games with its customers. At any rate, we will never purchase a maintenance agreement again, it is not worth it. While the service department is friendly enough, they just do not finish the job. I also have a door handle that has been broken since I purchased the car. They do not believe me, and are refusing to fix it because they never documented it. I have mentioned it every time I brought the car in, but no one wrote it down, so they are refusing to fix it. Also, the gas tank cover has never been properly repaired and while it works when I leave the dealership it does not work the very first time I enter a gas station! I think I am finished with this dealership. They are not outstanding. Just mediocre. More
