Both Rick and the service department treated me good ! It was unfortunate that I had to say goodbye to my 2014 hyundai but good that Rick was able to get me in a newer car . I highly recommend them ! Tim, Thank you for your email for having my Kona lease serviced. 1 thing that has always bothered me about Central is after I receive my car back from service, it’s not washed,or vacuumed like other deale serviced. 1 thing that has always bothered me about Central is after I receive my car back from service, it’s not washed,or vacuumed like other dealerships I have leased or bought from in the past ! Also I find that your waiting room is extremely uncomfortable & small, especially when my oil change was approximately 45 minutes !! ( maybe updated furniture?) Just a suggestion, however the waiting area was very clean!! Everyone who assisted was very kind & professional as they always are !!! For future emails to me my Husband’s name is TIM not JIM !! More

I really appreciated how comfortable the dealership is. Every thing looked clean and orderly. I also liked the music. We came into the dealership to get an oil change. Brian was fantastic though. Very kind patient and personable. He showed genuine interest in us as people. This made us open to discussing our current car and it lead to us making a purchase.
