We should have learned our lesson the first time we came in here and had terrible service. But I guess we are suckers for punishment. We bought a car from here. Awesome deal, too good to be true even. Tuesday we put a deposit down. Emailed our insurance info and our info to transfer plates. Heard nothing back. Friday my husband calls to see if the car is ready because mind you we got no kind update on the car during the course of 3 days. They said it wasn't ready yet and they would give us a call back later. I email the owner Bill to see what was going on. (He gave us his card if there were any problems). Well Bill, HUGE problem. We get a phone call the DAY we are supposed to pick up the car saying they can't sell it due to transmission issues. Bank check was set, insurance was set and now we are out the gas from driving 40 minutes on 3 separate occasions and have no car. We should have stayed away the first time. If you want a car, go down the street to Car City. They are amazing to work with, just as busy, less staff and still have better customer service. More

At first they would not move on the price, refunded my deposit and ended up selling the car a few days later. After speaking with the General Manager he honored the agreed upon price and secured the car and color I wanted from another dealer. I could not ask for anything more, it was wonderful they honored an honest mistake by an employee and ensured I was a satisfied customer. They probably lost money on the transaction but treated me incredibly well when I picked up the car. Their finance person even noticed I gave them an extra $100. Very pleased and I would recommend buying your next care from them. More

Worst Experience Ever From the moment I signed my papers I was lied too! I signed the papers on a Friday and asked that I pick my car up the following Friday they said they From the moment I signed my papers I was lied too! I followed up the next week to make sure things were coming along...half the time they did not respond to my texts. The day came to pick up my car my hisband and I both took the day off from work drive 1 1/2 hrs and are jaunt getting off the exit for them to call and say come back after the weekend and pick up the car they had not registered it. Well we didn't stand for that and ended up following the dealer to the registers in MA and getting it taken care of even though they had an entire week to prepare it. That was just the beginning next we discover the car was never detailed found someone else's mail in the car!! A week later the car starts to stall at stops and going up hills come to find out it had no oil in it - no tune up before purchase. I call dealership of course we did an oil change - lie - there was no oil in so in the same breath they say to go get an oil change and they will pay for it. A few days later my check engine light starts flashing - cannot drive a car when the light is flashing- if it was a solid light it would be a different story. I contact them on a Thursday to tell them it needs to be fixed and I am not driving it to them - mind you they are an hour half away! It takes to the following Thursday for them to say they are coming for car and dropping off loaner long story short they never showed my husband took the entire day off and waited around for them. I took it the next day to my mechanic had it repaired be only by threats of my lawyer did they pay the bill. The very next day I am driving with 4 kids in the car and the running board falls off nearly causing a terrible accident come to find out the running board had been reattached by wires looked like a coat hanger!!!! They are now refusing to let me have someone else fix it as I do not trust them. They are lying thieves that sell unsafe and unreliable cars. DO NOT BUY a car from them!!!! More

I'll admit I was happy . Until my first stop to show it off resulted in a puddle of oil under the rear end. I located the pinhole and scratched away some of the "fresh undercoat " to reveal it was all covered in JB weld. The place was "so shocked " didn't know anything . They assured it would b fixed so when i went back to pick it up cause supposobly the leak was coming elsewhere. It was all set and REPAINTED. Immediately wire brushed the paint and seen they just globbed more JB weld. People like this shouldn't be aloud to sell cars. xxxxxxxx liers and crooks BUYER BEWARE. More
