Lenny followed up to make sure the dicumentation would go quickly. He arranged for the car to be delivered to my house an hour away so I didn’t have to find another driver. Only mishap was a convoluted tax charge for $452 that I was not told about or expecting on the day I settled up. I did not like how that was handled by the finance guy as his only response was a meaningless condicending explanation and ‘Do you want the car or not”. Left an extremely bad taste in my mouth to an otherwise happy experience. More
