I was under the impression that my brand new lease was Maintanence free. At 21k miles my front tires are bald and failed inspection. I was told by an outside shop that my tires have NEVER EVER been rotate Maintanence free. At 21k miles my front tires are bald and failed inspection. I was told by an outside shop that my tires have NEVER EVER been rotated at any point since I’ve had the car. Which I do believe, as they have let me leave with 28-29 psi. They checked off every service as being complete, which it wasn’t. At this point they are just falsifying documentation. I wonder if the oil was actually changed. A maintenance free vehicle is costing me more money than a car that isn’t Maintanence free. I will never purchase another vehicle from Hyundai! Even the finance guy sucked! The more money I gave, the higher my payment was. And even after that, he still asked me for more money for other things. He said if he took it out of the down payment, my payment would be higher. I was already over $100 more than I wanted to be. I asked multiple times for a smaller and cheaper car, but I was deliberately ignored. I was denied any other vehicle other than the one they wanted to sell. I was told I would have to pay for the vehicle to be delivered when I asked about seeing cars that were on the lot. More

I went into this location with no expectations on walking away with a new lease. My old one was up and I wasnt sure what I was going for next. Dania greeted my mom and I upon walking in. The car "shopping" experience is not always the easiest running numbers, going back and forth etc, however, Dania did her absolute best to keep to what my needs were and we were able to make a new deal that day.
