When my car was ready to be picked up, Ken sat in the car with me and showed me what all of the controls were. He programmed channels that I had selected into my Sirius Radio. I went there the snarling dragon lady thinking that a woman is an "easy target." Salesman, Mr. Melli, was polite anyway. The car did require a post-op visit for a minor repair, and Mr. Vu in service wa woman is an "easy target." Salesman, Mr. Melli, was polite anyway. I had done some internet research on Hyundai and Kia. I went to Mid Island since it was the closest to me, mainly on a fact finding mission since I did not know exactly what I wanted (Hyundai or Kia, Sante went to Mid Island since it was the closest to me, mainly on a fact finding mission since I did not know exactly what I wanted (Hyundai or Kia, Sante Fe size or Tucson size). I did know I wanted a crossover. To make a long story short Anthony and Manny went over the differences between the 2 makes (both by Hyundai Motor Corp) and the vehicle sizes. After my test drive of the Sante Fe (and my wife saying she liked the looks of the Sante Fe over the Sorrento) I knew that the Sante Fe was the vehicle I would go with. The decision now was to buy or lease and the price since I wanted my payments to stay within a certain budget. Anthony and Manny worked with me and I didn't feel pressured but I knew they wanted to make a sale. In the end we made a deal that worked for me and I picked up the vehicle that afternoon. More
