I had researched my car in advance, so I appreciated that on a busy Saturday, I was directed to a car in the showroom for me to check out by myself. I was given clear options on my choices. The color scheme that we wanted wasn't available, so Justin and Ray found one at another dealer and negotiated a trade with them. Otherwise, it might have taken weeks to order it. We ordered the car on Sunday, and got it on Tuesday, all clean and charged. Then Justin stayed late to complete the sale and our orientation. More
