Tha Sale manager was a great guy, it took us less than 10 minutes to finalize the deal at the price that I wanted. The finance manager was a very nice gentleman. He did not push me into purchasing additional services. He did offer but did not push. He gave me a great deal on gap insurance, which was better than I was looking for. Peter was extremely helpful and accomodating. He gave us plenty of time for our test drive and answered all of our questions, in addition to setting up and giving us a "tour" of our new Tucson. Sales personnel are very courteous, however, the service dept. has untrained workers who have no knowledge of what they are doing. My sales rep.Peter Marcu was exremely helpfull not aggressive and thorough with explaining all aspects of my purchase. Mid-Isand Hyundai is nothing like Atlantic in West Islip.They may be owned by the same corporation but there service is no comparison. I would recommed this dealership. Finance Dept. was somewhat deceiving. said I was entitled to free oil changes for purchasing new but after reading my bill of sale I noticed this was a prepaid maintenance program that cost $499.00 this was not disclosed at the time of sale had it been I never would have agreed.
