Brought car for recall and now not working like it use to. I brought my car in for a recall. They sold me a 30, 000 mile service plan total $549.00, Car had excellent air conditioning prior to service. Since I I brought my car in for a recall. I call and was told service person was not available. Couldn't get anyone who could help me. I left number and I am still waiting for return call. I finally had to take the car to get air conditioner check to another auto shop. Upset that my car air conditioner which was suppose to have been checked came back not cooling like it use to. They took advantage of me because I was a women. Never again. More
