Service advisor David Lucero is great. Mechanics stated I needed to replace and or do maintenance that had already been done with a month to 2 months prior again. This place was amazing when it was findlay north vw but now it has the rip off centennial feel just like their toyota dealership. Know your vehicle and do your research. I waited 2 hours 45 min for an oil change, it was actually done quickly and sitting in the parking lot where I could see it. The service writer just ignored it until I asked about it. I had a $20 coupon. When he got the paperwork done, he said he gave me the $20 discount. But I had authorized a $124.95 estimate for the oil change, and I declined all other services they tried to foist on me. Surprisingly, the final bill was somehow $275. I paid it and drove away, never to return. By the way, the other services they tried to push on me came to over $1,450, on top of the $124 oil change. I'm done with them. More
