I moved here recently and haven't been impressed with the dealership service quality back home so my expectations going into a new dealership in a new state was pretty low. I met David (Lucero) on a previous dealership service quality back home so my expectations going into a new dealership in a new state was pretty low. I met David (Lucero) on a previous visit and was impressed with the thoroughness of his work in and the ease in which he conducted his business. My car has been in great hands since bringing it to Centennial VW. I've been back many times now for preventative maintenance on both my VW's. I had been told by another garage that I had a coolant hose leak. I brought it in to you ,and I was treated with respect. My battery died unexpectedly last week & I had multiple places tell me they couldn’t help me, because they were misinformed about the steps that went along with the battery change/reset in my particular ve places tell me they couldn’t help me, because they were misinformed about the steps that went along with the battery change/reset in my particular vehicle. I called Centennial Volkswagen and spoke with Melvin, who was extremely helpful in accommodating me. My battery died around 2:45 pm and I didn’t make it into the dealership until around 3:45, so it really was extremely accommodating of them to get me in and out that same day. They were efficient in their work, and I was appreciative to have people with thorough knowledge of my vehicle servicing it. I had actually called and spoke with Melvin the week prior about transferring my vehicle’s service to this location, and I will definitely be doing so after this. More
