My car had 2 recalls and an oil change. I was going to drop the car off and then pick it up when it was done, My service advisor John Garcia, went back to the garage and asked if they cou I was going to drop the car off and then pick it up when it was done, My service advisor John Garcia, went back to the garage and asked if they could expedite my car, so I wouldn’t have to go all the way home and then back to pick it up. He gave me time when my car would be ready, and it was. He also had my car washed for me. John was a pleasure to work with, he was very nice and professional.
