First, my technician, Carlos Robles, was outstanding. Friendly, attentive, and professional. He is the primary reason this is a 4-star rating and not a two-star rating. He should be recognized as a super Friendly, attentive, and professional. He is the primary reason this is a 4-star rating and not a two-star rating. He should be recognized as a superior employee. He's Five Stars. What I do have an issue with is that 1) I had to pay almost $200 for a diagnostic reading to tell me what I'd already found out from a FREE diagnostic reading at Autozone. I should not have to pay $180+ to be told what I already knew was wrong. Diagnostic readings should be free. And 2) when I picked up my car there was a long crack in the windshield that wasn't there when I dropped it off. I should have never been given my car back in such a state. I had to have the technician talk to the supervisor to get a promise to replace the windshield. That crack should not have happened and when it did the windshield should have been replaced immediately, for free, as part of the service. Now I have to bring the car back to have the windshield replaced. So in summary: Carlos - 5 stars Overcharged for a diagnostic - 1 star Cracked windshield on pick up - No stars Give Carlos a raise and quit charging people for diagnostics that they can get for free. More
