I'm very sorry to hear about this experience. Alex generally has very happy guests and does a terrific job of assisting them. Certainly we do our best to greet guests promptly but it sure sounds like we dropped the ball in this case and I do apologize for that. We do have a new service manager (Russell Garceau) at this location as off November 1, 2015 and I am also the new General Manager of this location.
