Have ALWAYS had wonderful and professional service with this dealership. Bought our 2015 Touareg from them and now have 113K miles on it. It took them 2 hours to add adblu to my car. It’s a diesel engine. it’s only a 20 min job max. The second time it took them an hour and that’s only because I told them to cut the inspection and car was diesel engine. it’s only a 20 min job max.
