Maintenance service on my vehicle went very well. Vito Messina, service representative, was pleasant, gave clear recommendations and explanation. I received a video from Santumino V. of the work being done on my car in the shop. I have family members who have purchased cars there because of the great services I have received over the years. Findlay North car purchase and service is exceptional. I am very pleased with Findlay North VW. More

Heater core repair 2014 passat I have been a customer for 3 1/2 years and by far, Samantha has been the best service coordinator I’ve had. She was very attentive and thought the ser I have been a customer for 3 1/2 years and by far, Samantha has been the best service coordinator I’ve had. She was very attentive and thought the service I needed through, as I have 2 children under the age of 4. The initial reason I came into VW was for my 70k service but I also had an issue with my heater. Samantha went above and beyond to find out if the repair would be covered under warranty and determined that it would be best to get a courtesy car during the repair. She has been very accommodating throughout the time from the service until the day of the repair. I would absolutely refer anyone to Findlay and to Samantha. More

NIGHTMARE This place is a total joke! I've been back here 4 times to pick up my vehicle and it's always a new problem. They tried to give the vehicle back to me This place is a total joke! I've been back here 4 times to pick up my vehicle and it's always a new problem. They tried to give the vehicle back to me with the hood not closed properly. If you don't check it, guess what, its not an issue (in their eyes). Horrible customer service and disrespectful employees. Id never exspect this from a dealer, I've had better service from a mom & pop automotive shop. Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone unless you're looking to spend extra money for problems that far exceed the original ones. More

Customer Service in Service Department? Not Here! Service department has no clue. You can stand there forever waiting for any one of 5 service writers to notice, maybe say, Can I help you? They don't want to know because that would be extra work. Blame management for failing to designate one person as the greeter. Also blame management for the writers' appearances. The dress code seems to be ratty jeans and any crappy VW t-shirt of any vintage with anything on it so long as it says VW. More

very efficient service I brought my tiguan in before and after my mini road trip for broken wind shield wiper and to reset the tire pressure light.
