CROOKS! CROOKED MECHANICAL SERVICE! I brought my vw in for a problem, they diagnosed it as a timing issue, charged me about $1,000. They did NOT change valve cover gasket either, charged me parts / labor for a problem, they diagnosed it as a timing issue, charged me about $1,000. They did NOT change valve cover gasket either, charged me parts / labor almost $100. The cars been there over and over, and they do nothing to fix the problem. THIS LAST TIME, they told me it needs a transmission, yet no error codes came up before with them or the other vw dealer i went to. WHO CAN YOU TRUST? They overcharge by 4x or more for everything. WARNING ! DO NOT DEAL WITH FINDLAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF ! The staff are professional and polite, and tried to help but ended up advising me to get rid of my car and get a new one...HOW CONVENIENT! I WOULD NOT RATE THEM WITH A ZERO BUT THAT OPTION IS NOT AVAILABLE ON THIS SITE. GUESS WHAT? my CHECK ENGINE LIGHT is emitting again, at the time I picked up my car three days ago. More

I needed to bring my GTI in for it's 30,000 mile check up with oil change. Amber was extremely helpful in setting up an appointment over the phone.
