Amazing! I brought my car in for an oil change in the Service Express lane (which was rather busy) and still managed to be out in less than 30 minutes. wrong part sold and it's my fault? Kindly went in to get windshield wipers for my mother in laws Touareg, which need special blades BTW. I was given the wrong one and when the clip broke due to the wrong blades, I was given a shrug and a $20 part fee for blades that I specifically asked for. Was given no compensation or even a measly apology. More
