The service department is a complete failure. We bought a 2021 Jetta in March 2022 and it had to be towed in for service in July 2022. I explained to the service advisor we had a special situation and he assured me he would do everything he could to get it in... after four days I called and was told "they service vehicles in order of when they come in", so... I was lied to. After I went to speak with the service manager (a joke), he said he understood my circumstances and they were doing everything they could, but again a lie... we can see when the car doors are opened. We reached out to VW Corporate and they sent us money and suggested we use another dealership... how pathetic is that for Findlay?? The Findlay Family should remove the entire Findlay North management team and start over. We bought two 2021 VW vehicles from Findlay North, and we will never be back to Findlay again because of this experience. More

June 2022 Wow these Findlay North Volkswagen folks are impressive. Never had a VW before; the A/C and water pump are very expensive repairs. Anyway, picked up our VW (Tiguan) from the Findley Henderson location after about $5,300 of work. ON THE WAY HOME from Henderson Findley VW, THE ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. I was near the Findley North VW location and thought I'd try them this time instead. Service Rep Cris Flores was professional, knowledgeable, and seemed to know what was going on immediately. Cris ran the code reader to confirm. Cris and the Findley North team also found other things wrong with my Tiguan that Henderson Findley did not find. They even sent a video of the additional needed repairs. The next day, Cris had the Tiguan ready. This time, it was actually fixed. My advice; go to Findley North in Centennial Hills (ask for Cris Flores) and avoid that VW dealer in the Automall. Don Gist More
