Didn't fix or find the problem with the car, but had a whole list of stuff they wanted me to do instead of find the problem I brought it in for. whole list of stuff they wanted me to do instead of find the problem I brought it in for. More
Melvin was our service advisor. Serious lack of communication/ unavailable and doesn’t answer text if at all till right before he leaves for the day. Steve the service manager does Serious lack of communication/ unavailable and doesn’t answer text if at all till right before he leaves for the day. Steve the service manager does not return calls. We have been bringing our Jetta to what was Findlay for years but since it was sold out, this last experience was awful and we will not return! I now have a car that they replaced the ECM (Electronic control module) on, and when we try and unlock the car to open the doors, the trunk pops open everytime. My car is now a bad version of a transformer!! And they had it for three weeks, tried to charge us for items that we never approved and when I reviewed the invoice before I paid and mentioned it, they did take it off but given it was for something not even mentioned on our original drop off reasons, it makes me wonder if they confused my car with someone else’s and added their repairs to our car. Who knows if they even did the work they claimed on things if there’s this much confusion. Changed the cabin filter which we didn’t ask for and left all the leaves and trash on the floorboard. Seems trivial but after all the run around, lying by Melvin on status of the car and what was wrong, and Steve not returning calls to up channel this issue, I would not recommend the service department. David Lucero assisted me on pick up day and he was nice and friendly but you can tell he was the only one who cared and he was running around trying to do everything. I’m so disappointed in this service department now and we have never had this issue before. Needless to say my husband is going to try and fix the trunk issue because we can’t trust the dealership to stand by their repairs and fix this as it appears they wired something incorrectly and I doubt they will fix it. I really wish they would be concerned with the reviews people have placed on here. This is some persons livelihood to get to and from work and it appears there’s no oversight or training in their service department on basic customer service procedures. Thankyou David for trying but Melvin and Steve should not be in customer service if basic communication can’t even be accomplished! Do better gentlemen! More
My only complaint was that it took 4+ hours for an oil change. I was told it would be about 2 hours when I first arrived. change. I was told it would be about 2 hours when I first arrived. More

He always made excuses and even hung up on me once when i asked why someone else didn't follow up in his absence. They had my car for over a month which was understandable considering they had to work with my insurance. During that time I requested multiple times to get a quote for replacing the seals and gaskets in the turbo because of an oil leak. He kept saying he'd get that right over to me, and never once followed up. I've used this dealership exclusively since I purchased my VW for everything I've needed done and have always had incredible service until now. Overall I'm highly disappointed with the treatment I received from this employee and most likely won't be going back. More
I worked with Terron setting my car up for the annual oil change. An outstanding example of the company’s commitment to quick and efficient service! He also provided me with an important fact about the oil change. An outstanding example of the company’s commitment to quick and efficient service! Very poor customer service and poor service period from their Servicing Dept. We have had our 2024 Atlas in for service MANY times (more than 6 in the past 11 months) unfortunately due to issues with the their Servicing Dept. We have had our 2024 Atlas in for service MANY times (more than 6 in the past 11 months) unfortunately due to issues with the CarNet module and electronic issues. It's been beyond frustrating since it's a brand new vehicle and the vehicle should be working perfectly. The communication from the Service Dept has been extremely poor. The Technicians seem very inexperienced or incapable. We have been told items have been replaced, when in actuality they were not. We have been told issues were resolved, when they weren't. Each time we got the vehicle back, it was either not fixed or worse than before we took it in. I am in communication with VW Customer Care since the Dealership is not being helpful. The last straw with this Dealership and the vehicle as a whole was when the fuel tank door would not open on a roadtrip out of State. I had to call roadside assistance to assist me. They had to break off the door so I could put gas in the car in order to get home. I took the car into the Dealership the Monday after I arrived home. VW approved the replacement of the fuel door since the car is so new and under 10k miles. It took the Dealership 7 weeks to get the fuel door in and painted by an Auto Body shop. We had to keep calling the Service Dept for an update as no one would ever call or text to provide an update. Finally the fuel door arrived (no one called to tell us, once again we had to call and ask) and we had it replaced, however they had painted it the wrong color. When I made the Service Dept aware of this. The gentlemen said "if you look at it from an angle, it seems ok." That was the most RIDICULOUS response. It was after 5pm and the Service Manager was not there, so we took the car home and returned on Monday. My husband showed the Service Manager the fuel door was the wrong color and he agreed, it looked bad! No apologies, just said they would fix it. The vehicle is still having issues with the electronics and we will be trading it for a Honda. No more VWs for us and definitely never want to step foot in this Dealership EVER again. More
