Salesman was very unprofessional, talking bad about customers and other employees also he was very unknowledgeable of the vehicle being bought. Finance person was very harsh, disrespectful, and overall customers and other employees also he was very unknowledgeable of the vehicle being bought. When I came in to drop my car off, I was first in line. Then two cars pulled up behind me. When the service department opened, the two techs walked past me and greeted the two cars behind me. They then brought them into the office to write up their services. Meanwhile, I’m standing outside of my car looking for cameras like I’m being pranked. Finally, I see a tech waving me in. No one is greeting me at my car. No apologies nothing. When I go to pick up my car, they neglected to turn off the service reminder. They then have a mechanic bring my car back into the garage to take care of that. When my car was brought back out, I was handing my keys. No apologies no receipt. Terrible customer service and experience. More
