We were told the process would take 45 mins to sign the documents. It took 2 hours. I never got a call when the green slip was ready. I called 13 days after the sale and was told there was a problem with financing. That was not accurate because I paid 1/2 cash and gave the other 1/2 in a check from my bank. Then I was told it would take longer. 10 minutes later I got a call back saying the green slip was ready which means 1) it was ready when I first called, 2) I never received a call when it originally came in because it was dated 6/23, 2 business days after the sale, and 3) it sat on someone’s desk for 11 business days longer than necessary. I was promised a valet key and still have not received it or a call from anyone at the dealership about it. More

Fixed the recall issue, and then quoted over $5,700 worth of inflated repairs. Also charged an additional $189 dollars to diagnose error codes only to tell me "THERE ARE NO FAULTS STORED.
