The service person, was very understanding of the need to complet the work in one day due to the distance i had to travle from way out of town. (Three hours one way). They sold me a car that was no good, about a wk later it needed an alternator . Then I got the car back and about another wk goes by and it needed an engine change. It took 4 months for me to get the car ba needed an alternator . Then I got the car back and about another wk goes by and it needed an engine change. It took 4 months for me to get the car back only for it break down five minutes after getting it back. They had also given away the prior owners personal info w my paperwork when giving it to me. In the end I returned the paperwork to the lady and they bought back the car. Poor service talk to you wrong and sell bad cars. More
I recently took my new Volkswagen in for a simple oil change, expecting it to take the two hours the service advisor had estimated. Instead, I was left waiting for over three hours with no updates or exp change, expecting it to take the two hours the service advisor had estimated. Instead, I was left waiting for over three hours with no updates or explanation for the delay. To make matters worse, they didn’t even ask if I wanted a tire rotation, which I assumed would be included in the first couple of services for a new car. Really disappointed with the lack of efficiency and communication from the service department. Not the level of service I expected from Volkswagen. More
