Sean the sales agent was fantastic. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and I would buy a car from him again. Lavontey the finance person needs way more training. We were told the process would take 45 mins to sign the documents. It took 2 hours. I never got a call when the green slip was ready. I called 13 days after the sale and was told there was a problem with financing. That was not accurate because I paid 1/2 cash and gave the other 1/2 in a check from my bank. Then I was told it would take longer. 10 minutes later I got a call back saying the green slip was ready which means 1) it was ready when I first called, 2) I never received a call when it originally came in because it was dated 6/23, 2 business days after the sale, and 3) it sat on someone’s desk for 11 business days longer than necessary. I was promised a valet key and still have not received it or a call from anyone at the dealership about it. More

I forgot my service provider’s name (I believe it is Carlos), but he was awesome. He even changed the battery in my key fob. Fixed the recall issue, and then quoted over $5,700 worth of inflated repairs. Also charged an additional $189 dollars to diagnose error codes only to tell me "THERE ARE NO FAULTS STORED. ZERO explanation when I picked up my vehicle, nothing at all. These guys suck and I will not be returning. More
