My check engine light came on Sunday just as I was planning a quick get away to AZ for Monday afternoon! As they are closed on Sunday I couldn’t make an appointment so I chose to be there when they op planning a quick get away to AZ for Monday afternoon! Because they were booked for the day I thought maybe they wouldn’t even see me. However they did take the car in and although I had to wait they were able to get the part from another Findlay VW dealership and got it fixed in just about 5 hours! It was worth the wait as I was still able to make a 2 pm business meeting and still was on my way to AZ by 3:20! Thank you Findlay VW North for going the extra step to get me back on the road at no charge as my car is still under the bumper to bumper warranty! I appreciate your service. More

Everything went fine. I scheduled an appointment, and they gave me 0930. However, I dropped it off around 0700 due to me having work.
