I arrived only to drop off my car for scheduled service the next day. They never ordered a car to take me home like they said they would and I waited for 45 minutes before I had a friend pick me up. Althou the next day. They never ordered a car to take me home like they said they would and I waited for 45 minutes before I had a friend pick me up. Although some may be happy that the car was taken care of that day, I was not. This impeded my schedule and what I needed to get done. This is the last service and VW I will be purchasing from Centennial VW. I miss Findlay North VE More
Hugo in the service dept. was very helpful we came in to get the wife's car serviced and when that was done, he got my car in for a recall issue. without an appoint. was very helpful we came in to get the wife's car serviced and when that was done, he got my car in for a recall issue. without an appoint. They should honestly be running the whole dealership, the DMV, and maybe even the UN. I rolled in after a dumpster fire of a workday—not needing a car, just looking—and definitely not in the mood for dealership small talk. But Dallas, man… lowkey therapy session turned comedy hour. We talked EDC, movies, and I found out they’ve never seen Game of Thrones. (We’ll work on that.) Somehow, I went from sour patch kid vibes when I walked in to straight-up Sweet Tart energy by the time I drove out. 😂 Huge shoutout to Gabby for sealing the deal like a pro and to Hawaii (the finance guy) for being the most laid-back, no-stress numbers wizard in Vegas. I don’t know what they’re putting in the water in Hawaii, but I want two bottles. Oh, and yeah—the car’s cool too. Bottom line: if you want a new VW and hate the usual car-buying nonsense like I do, go ask for Dallas, Gabby, and Hawaiian Finance Gandalf. Trust me—you’ll leave with a car and a better mood. More
