I never felt rushed or pressured. Justo and Francis were very polite and friendly. Justo went that extra mile doing everything he could to get us the best possible deal. When I came to pick up my used but new to me I was very impressed with how well the vehicle was detailed. I can not than them both enough for EVERYTHING they did. I didn’t end up buying a vehicle from Centennial Subaru, and after my experience, I absolutely never will — and I’ll be advising friends and family to avoid this dealership too. I stopped by to check out a lease deal on the Subaru Solterra, which Subaru was promoting at the time. The vehicle itself felt fairly basic — it would’ve worked in a pinch, but nothing stood out. Still, I was curious about the pricing and wanted to start comparing EV options. I initially worked with Angel Weick, who was friendly enough on the first test drive. But once I told him I was early in my EV shopping and wasn’t ready to commit, he brought in Sales Manager Carlos Parker — and that’s when the experience completely fell apart. Carlos immediately launched into the tired cliché: “What’s it going to take to get you in this vehicle today?” I explained again that I was just beginning my EV search and had other vehicles to test. He didn’t respect that at all — instead, the pressure escalated fast: “You need to do this right now because ___” “You won’t find a better deal than this…” “I’ve never offered anyone this good of a deal.” They even lowered the offer a little to sweeten it, but continued pushing with classic fear tactics — trying to make me feel like I’d miss out forever if I didn’t say yes right now. Out of courtesy, I agreed to a second test drive. Angel clearly didn’t want to be there and gave off a disinterested, cold attitude. While I was in the car, I got a call from another dealership I’d been in touch with. They calmly asked if I’d stop by if they could lower the down payment. No pressure. No attitude. Just a simple question and clear numbers — and a vehicle that had a $53,150 MSRP, compared to the $39,915 Solterra I was sitting in. I told Subaru I had to check out the other offer. That’s when things went fully off the rails. Carlos insisted "they're lying to you," accused the other dealership of hiding costs, and even shouted: “That’s bull***! I used to work there, they can’t give you that! I’m giving you a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity!”* He was aggressive, borderline cursing at me, and literally shoved a monitor toward me to try to prove his point. I calmly told him, “I don’t need an EV, or a second vehicle at all — but I have another offer I need to explore.” His final words? “Your loss.” Well… it wasn’t. The other dealership — Findlay Honda Henderson — not only matched the offer, they beat it. I got a far better vehicle, at $1,500 down and $215/month, and everyone there was respectful, easy to talk to, and zero pressure. They did everything right. I also visited or spoke to Jim Marsh Kia, Team Chevrolet, and others — every one of them was courteous and respected my process. Centennial Subaru was the exact opposite — high pressure, manipulative, rude, and outdated in their sales approach. Save yourself the stress and go literally anywhere else. More

Centennial Subaru is not only a top of the line facility but they are also thorough, explain everything in detail so that we can make the best decision for us. There is no pressure and they are very nice. The waiting area even has drinks and snacks available at no cost! Not only was the work suburb but the car was thoroughly washed and returned to us in tip-top shape! We'll definitely be a return customer! More

From the moment I stepped onto the lot, Justo treated me with genuine respect, patience, and care. There was no pushiness or pressure—just someone who truly wanted to help me find the right car for my needs and budget. He took the time to listen, answered every single one of my (many!) questions, and walked me through the pros and cons of different models without trying to upsell me. What truly set him apart was his follow-through and attention to detail. He stayed (very very) LATE to make sure all the paperwork was in order, personally made sure the car was detailed , and even ensured I got custom colored key chains. It’s rare to find someone in sales who treats you like family, but that’s exactly how Justo treated my daughter in law and myself the entire time!!
