First surprise, all the vehicles are inside a huge warehouse, we did not have to be out in the sun and heat of a Phoenix summer. Second was the vast selection of vehicles and that what we were considering was available. The best part was dealing with Dean Massi; friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, patient and the best part - no pressure!!! He gives the impression that he has nothing better to do but help you find the exact vehicle you want and will spend as much time with you as you need. We were very impressed with not only the dealership but with Dean. We have already given out many of his business cards and have spread the word of what a great location, and person, to go to for a vehicle.
