I loathe stepping foot onto a lot and having to answer a million questions when all I want to do is LOOK at the car. What a different experience this was. I found Brian based on his Dealer Rater reviews, and I am so glad I did, because this was my best car buying experience ever. He moved as fast as I wanted, found a great car that actually does everything that I need (yes, a commuter car and a family car can be had in one vehicle!), and signing the paperwork happened in the time it took for my kids to polish off a Happy Meal. I knew NOTHING about this and was very nervous about the process since I didn't know this worked or what to expect. All I knew is that I needed to find the best car for me quickly, but didn't have that kind of time to research and compare all the different vehicles out there. I drive by Centennial every day on my way to work, so when my mechanic told me about his experiences this is where Brian came in to the picture. I told him what was important to me in a vehicle, what I wanted to pay monthly and what my timeline looked like. Brian asked deeper questions which helped him to better understand what he needed to look for. Within a few days he presented 4 vehicles, that not only matched everything we were looking for, but also had a few other options that turned out to be equally important to us. His attention to detail and personalized service had me driving away in a vehicle that was perfect for me and my family by the end of the week! AWESOME EXPERIENCE I had never been involved with a vehicle broker in my 40 years of buying and leasing vehicles, but I have to say it was an awesome experience.
