A friend gave me Brian's contact information and I was impressed from the first moments. He called me back right away, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The whole process is a piece of cake--fast, easy, front door service. Brian is available, responsive and so easy to work with. I actually made the mistake and went to the dealership, thinking I would get a better sense of what I wanted seeing the cars all lined up in a row. Yikes, what an awful experience. Of course the sales people got ahold of me when I was there. They were dishonest, pushy and all around kind of slimey. It was a waste of time, except for I was able to see just how amazing it is going through Brian rather than dealing with the dealership. What I love the most about working with Brian is that he is sincere, authentic, extremely kind and does this work from his heart. He made a sweet connection with my daughter while he was here, which just speaks to the personalized level of service he offers. He seemed genuinely happy that I was getting a car that I loved. He was so patient as I waffled back and forth about what I wanted. Don't waste your time going to the dealership and getting haggled. Brian got me a great deal and an amazing car that I'm so happy with. More
