Best car buying experience Of the 4 cars I’ve bought in my life, this was, by far, the best. I was a walk in and the receptionist was friendly and quickly had a salesman, Ke Of the 4 cars I’ve bought in my life, this was, by far, the best. I was a walk in and the receptionist was friendly and quickly had a salesman, Kevin, come greet me. I had a car I wanted to see but it had been sold so we looked at a similar one and took it for a test drive. Kevin was very patient and showed me some similar SUVs. I told Kevin I wasnt completely decided on the car I test drove. So he put it on a 24 hour hold so I could think about it. No pressure sales, no “I have someone else coming to see this car” he put it in hold so no one else could buy it. Later that day I decided I wanted to buy the car. I told him I’d be back in the evening and he met me, close to closing (on a Friday) to finish the sale. He was completely transparent with the price. I financed and he inquiried several different credit unions so I could get the lowest rate. Once I arrived at the dealership it took one hour to drive off with my new car. I was with Kevin the entire time. He was professional and patient. No pressure sales, no service plan sales pitch, no going to talk to his manager, no haggling because the price was already very reasonable, no dealer handling fees. I will return to Centennial Leasing and Sales the next time I buy a car and I will absolutely refer my family and friends. More
