Day Two: He took his personal time to go get the car. He called us when it was ready to come see and he was available when we came. We had been looking for a car for two weeks and we knew immediately that this was THE car. The rest was easy. He handle everything: insurance, paperwork, financing, trade-in. The only other person we ever talked to were the receptionist, who were, by the way, very nice. Day Three: Within an hour of arriving at the dealership, we drove away. It was an amazing experience! I expressed to Kurt my interest in the 2020 Grand Cherokee, and he was quick to find me a test drive vehicle. I thoroughly enjoyed driving it and requested a few extra add on's to the vehicle in which Kurt was able to find exactly what I wanted very quickly within my price range.
