This is my second auto purchase with Patrick Laurie after I was referred to him back in 2016. Patrick is very easy to work with, no pressure and very knowledgeable. I was hoping to have Patrick help me wit I was referred to him back in 2016. Patrick is very easy to work with, no pressure and very knowledgeable. I was hoping to have Patrick help me with purchasing a new car this time around, but the current auto shortage market left us with no one willing to make an deals. Despite this road block, Patrick contacted me as soon as CL received a trade in he thought I might be interested in and held the car until I could get there. He researched all of my questions if he didn't already have the answers, always responded in a timely manner and allowed me time to think things over without pressure. After making the decision to purchase this used, low mileage vehicle, he continued to give exceptional service. With any used car purchase, you purchase the car "as is - without warranty" (unless of course you choose to purchase an extended warranty). Despite this "as is" condition, Patrick went out of his was to take care of me when I discovered an issue with the vehicle after taking delivery (which he delivered to my home and at my convenience). He made arrangements to have the repair done for me without my asking for anything but a contact on who he would recommend. This was way above what I expected and am very appreciative. I'm not certain anyone else would have take such good care of me. I highly recommend asking for Patrick!!!! More

This was our very first time working with a broker for a car purchase and Kurt Schlaefer came recommended to us by a trusted friend. Now I know why! We had previously thought brokers were only used when lea car purchase and Kurt Schlaefer came recommended to us by a trusted friend. Now I know why! We had previously thought brokers were only used when leasing, but ours was a NEW car purchase with current vehicle trade in (not sure why Sales/New isn't a "reason for visit category to select, but that was us!). So glad we went this route! Granted, we knew the make and model of the car we wanted, but Kurt saved us heaps of time being able to scour the vast car market for exactly what we were looking for, with quick turnaround, and then secured an exceptional trade in on our existing car. In the end, we saved several thousand dollars, time, hassle, frustration, etc. A breeze! Not to mention he drove our new car to our house, drove our trade-in away, and all in the PM to accommodate my husband's work schedule. Pretty sure we'll never do this without a broker again, and will absolutely reach out to Kurt when we're in the market again! More

Kurt helped with advise on getting rid of my hail damaged Escape, he also advised on getting rid of our leased F150 that was to term. His input was invaluable. Then we purchased an F150-2013 Lariet, amazing truck until a week into it sun roof broke, Kurt helped us go to his mechanic and he is paying 1/2 for repair (both paying $300). A month into it, we had a major electrical/alternator $1800 repair. Management said they would pay 1/2 ($900 each). So a month after driving off the lot we had repairs of over $1000, and a tow bill. We are now not as confident in the truck. Centennial Lease Manager pointed out how we should have purchased the extended contract, and we drove it off the lot "as is". No apologies, very stern in his email correspondence. But Kurt was very kind and apologetic. I would probably not purchased from any dealership or leasing company in the future that was so very far from our house. Biggest hassle was going back and forth from Westminster to Englewood. More

Chuck Van Note maintains the outstanding experiences we've had at Centennial Leasing and Sales. Since we already knew the process, it was simply a process of telling Chuck what we wanted (a 2021 Mazda CX5) and what we were going to trade. Chuck did his magic and within 24 hours he had fair prices for both the trade-in as well as the new CX5. All of this was conducted via email. We arrived at Chuck's office, signed a few papers and drove away in our new CX5. This extremely easy process works because of the trust we have developed with Centennial over the years and now extends to Chuck. Chuck is extremely professional and personable, an avid sports and car nut and a pleasure to work with. More
