Wes Shanahan was a total pro and pleasure to work with, from start to finish, and I had such a low-stress car buying experience with Centennial Leasing and Sales. I called about a used car listing on a Sat from start to finish, and I had such a low-stress car buying experience with Centennial Leasing and Sales. I called about a used car listing on a Saturday morning and Wes answered promptly, and made it possible for me to see the vehicle and take it on an extended test drive to have it inspected a few days later, even though he was out of town at the time. Kelly helped me during that time and was every bit as helpful and kind as Wes. Throughout the process, Wes was super patient in answering all of my questions, going over all of the financing options, and addressing my concerns about the vehicle (there were some small cracks in the windshield and Wes got them filled with epoxy practically as soon as I mentioned the cracks). Wes’s calm demeanor, coupled with his extensive car expertise, helped me to relax and even enjoy the process. He recommended the extended service plan but really didn’t push me, like other car dealers do, and there were NO HIDDEN FEES or high-pressure sale tactics whatsoever. Good and fair trade-in value offered on my current vehicle, as well. Bottom line: if you want a low-stress car buying or leasing experience with professionals who don’t approach their business with a predatory model that is all too common elsewhere, work with Centennial Leasing and Sales and ask for Wes!
