He then tracked down the car I was wanting, color and all. The whole process only took about 2 weeks, and I didn't have to worry about ANYTHING - he did all the work. From the very first time I called CLS inquiring about a vehicle I saw on CarGurus to the day the vehicle got picked up for shipping to me, Kurt was professional, courteous, responsive and truly went out of vehicle I saw on CarGurus to the day the vehicle got picked up for shipping to me, Kurt was professional, courteous, responsive and truly went out of his way to assist me. We handled everything over the phone and through mail since it was an out of state deal, but he treated me as if it was no different even though it took a little more effort on his part. Kurt even went into the office on his days off on Labor day weekend to release the car for shipping so that it could get to me sooner rather than later. Talk about service!
