There was never any pressure to make a decision, no "hokie" lines used that make the dealership and staff seem desperate to just sell you anything on the lot. Brent in the finance department was great with explaining the different packages and how I could purchase different parts "buffet style" instead of taking parts of a package I didn't want. These folks really allow you to take the time and compare vehicles and the entire dealership to others in the area. The vehicle was 2000 dollars less than than others in the area and it had more options than those higher priced cars. They really tried, and were successful, to make this as easy and as informed an experience I've had at a dealership in a long time More

I have always dreaded going into dealerships and being pounced on by over eager salespeople. I had my worst experience at a Ford dealership in Milton, Fl. With a salesman chewing tobacco and spitting in a can the whole time. You certainly won't find anything close to that at Centennial. Everything is low key and pleasant, but they make it known that they are there for you, excited for you, and glad you're there. Everyone is so friendly and helpful that you feel so comfortable being there and dealing with them. I feel I have made life time friends I can depend upon, and look forward to a long relationship.
