Worst Management I have ever see I had made a phone call to the dealership and spoke to the Service Manager named Matt. Saved our Vacation Our Mercedes Benz RV had an engine light come on that reduced power to the engine. We contacted Centennial Motors and limped into the dealership the Our Mercedes Benz RV had an engine light come on that reduced power to the engine. We contacted Centennial Motors and limped into the dealership the next day. They greeted us promptly, diagnosed the problem, and after consulting with us, proceeded to replace the faulty part. Roger, the service manager, even recommended a great place for lunch & had a driver take us there during our wait. The RV was fixed before we got back to the dealership. Centennial Motors employees were all friendly, seemed genuinely concerned about our vacation being interrupted and had us in and out in less than 4 hours. More

great dealership! We had previously left the BMW dealer because the salesman wasn't listening to what we wanted. At Centennial, the first salesman (don't remember name We had previously left the BMW dealer because the salesman wasn't listening to what we wanted. At Centennial, the first salesman (don't remember name but he was very nice and actually listened to my wife ; a big plus for him!) He showed us MB and Volvo and test drove with us. When he picked up that we were leaning towards the Volvo, he handed us off to David who was more well versed in the vehicle. David was not only courteous but also very helpful. During the sales transaction, David continually listened to us and strove to ensure that we understood and the features how to completely operate the vehicle. He answered all of our questions and never once acted as though we were a bother. David followed up after the sale to see if we had any questions and to ensure our complete satisfaction. He offered his time to go over the vehicle a second time because of the complexity of the vehicle's systems, which we took advantage of. Once again, he was patient with us, thoroughly answered all of our questions and was extremely courteous. David offered additional visits as needed and even offered to come to our home. David was the best salesman that I have ever dealt with when buying or leasing a new vehicle. The manager was helpful in making the sale; while we were ready to leave and think about it, he made a deal with us that we were not prepared to leave on the table. Done deal. The finance guy was expeditious which was great because it had been a long day. Centennial was great! More

Also inconsistencies with the type of vehicle being sold use vs certified. Internet specified use, but they were trying to say vehicle was certified, which the CPO ended the following year......which made no sense if I was purchasing a certified vehicle vs a used vehicle....price is more for certified vehicle. The best advice I can give is do your research before going to a dealership......honesty and credibility is everything ......one should think twice before going to This dealership. I never reached out to management because I assume their info was coming from management!! More
Terrible customer service We made our third and last trip to this dealership today. The first time we had to wait for them to detail the vehicle before we can look at it. When it was time to go back, they had already sold it. The second time was a similar situation. Our salesperson was out of town and said he didn't even know about the vehicle. We go there to check it out and they tell us it sold fast. He calls my husband and tells him it wasn't a good deal, that's why he didn't call?!?! We were again tricked into going there today assured they have the car we are looking for only to witness someone else buy it. My husband was given the key and we were waiting for our salesperson to finish with another client when another salesperson got out, took the key and went on a test drive with his clients. They came back and started closing right in front of us. Supposedly the same people were there a few days ago and had left a deposit. I am very disappointed with the unprofessional service. Not only they wasted my time on several occasions; I am convinced they don't care about the customer, all they care about is who gets the deal. I will definitely be looking to buy elsewhere and you should do the same. More
