We have a Navion RV Mercedes Sprinter and while traveling near Pensacola we developed an oil leak on January 13th. Called this dealership at 9:30 am and was told to leave a message...repeated the call at 1: near Pensacola we developed an oil leak on January 13th. Called this dealership at 9:30 am and was told to leave a message...repeated the call at 1:00 pm again leaving a message for Chris that we were traveling and need emergency service. At 2:30 a girl finally called and told us that Chris said he could not give us an appointment until the latter of the first week of February or the second week. CAN NOT BELIEVE THAT THIS HOW MERCEDES TREATS IT'S CUSTOMERS (especially since no one else will work on a Mercedes engine) . We were NOT near home so what were we supposed to do for over 3 weeks stranded. NOT ACCEPTABLE and will be complaining to the corporate office also. THE COURTESY OF A REPLY IS REQUESTED. More

Convenience for Out of Town Buyer I had been looking for a XC90 for over a year. I made contact with David Wrynn at Centennial Imports in Pensacola and let him know the specifics on wh I had been looking for a XC90 for over a year. I made contact with David Wrynn at Centennial Imports in Pensacola and let him know the specifics on what i was looking for. He found what I wanted within days, and sent me photos and details. I own my own business and work long days. I live an hour away from the dealership and couldn't drive over just to look at the car. David was so incredibly helpful, talking me through everything over the phone and via text, but never being pushy or annoying. He even brought the car over to my home an hour away just to let me test drive the car. He was knowledgable and helpful. I bought the vehicle, doing the paperwork right there from my home. The test drive and paperwork took less than two hours! The whole process of buying a car can be long and consuming, but David made it incredibly convenient. Absolutely a positive experience.
