Given my years of service experience and level of automotive knowledge, it was not an easy task to satisfy or meet my expectations. To that end, I am delighted (impressed really) by Centennial Imports' Team of service professionals who stepped up to address several highly-technical issues my Maybach had. New cars are loaded with electronics that increase safety, are fantastic to enjoy but can also be frustrating to fully understand. And when some of these features fail to work...or create unusual (seemingly non-related issues) with other co-called lower-technology components, the point of frustration increases. Help! That's what Centennial Imports' John Carey, Chris Foushee and John Mobley did. They stepped up. In addition, I must acknowledge Randy, the man-behind-the-scenes Technician, who used his technical expertise to perform multiple tests, software updates and replace specific parts that appear to have been causing these issues. I located and purchased this specific car in California June 24th, 2024, and since day-one have been plagued with low-battery warnings and other electronics issues causing me worries that I might be stranded on some road trip or perhaps have the dreaded "fail to start" issue my Mercedes Me App warned me about way too many times. Although it's been less than one week since getting may car back, the phantom low-battery issue appears to have been solved. What a relief! I am a Car Guy... truly enjoy my daily driver Maybach and am relieved that our local Mercedes dealership solved its issues. Hat's off to Centennial Imports.” More

There needs to be more than "5 Stars"! From start to finish, this was the best auto purchase we have experienced. We went in out of curiosity to see a GLE 350 that was online. We were headed to Lexus to purchase a vehicle we had previously selected. After meeting with RJ we were sold on a 2024 MB GLE 350. RJ knew all the details of this vehicle, answered questions, and educated us on the advantages of this model. We test-drove it and were sold. From there we went to Brent in Finance. For us, this is always the worst part of a vehicle purchase as there is typically a high-pressure situation where the Finance person tries to upsell you on add-ons. Not so with Brent. He explained each program and its benefits and helped us form a good plan for our purchase. He researched finance options and came up with the best, beating our credit union. Throughout the process GSM, Robert helped seal the deal with added value to our trade as well as throwing in some extras. Though we didn't deal with him this time, I must state that our Service manager, Chris, is always supportive. We have been bringing our 2021 MB Sprinter motorhome in for routine maintenance. He is always helpful and supportive explaining each step to help us understand. For all the reasons above, the MB reputation, and the vehicles themselves, we will continue to recommend Centennial Imports to our friends and family. More
