Cedar Park Nissan gave me freedom to test drive 3 different cars before making my purchase decision, that was very helpful in me making the right choice! Ron Davis was my sales representative, and h different cars before making my purchase decision, that was very helpful in me making the right choice! Ron Davis was my sales representative, and he was enjoyable to work with! It's a great dealership. More
I had used Cedar Park Nissan until 2017 when I moved to another state. When I came back to Texas, I brought my 2019 Nissan Armada to them for service. The lack of attention to detail is horrible. They repl another state. When I came back to Texas, I brought my 2019 Nissan Armada to them for service. The lack of attention to detail is horrible. They replaced the battery but didn't clean any of the contacts or bracket where the old battery had leaked. They did not air my tires during the oil change. They did not reset any of the service reminders on the interior. It took them three days to obtain a license plate bracket. They did not inform me when my vehicle was ready, nor did they let me know when the parts arrive. We as consumers have a choice where to take our vehicles, Cedar Park doesn't seem to want my business.. More
My wife and I started bringing our vehicles here to this location because of the service that Dillon provides and the fact that he has so many awards that you have given Dillon for a job well done either wa location because of the service that Dillon provides and the fact that he has so many awards that you have given Dillon for a job well done either way on yesterday‘s visit with you. You’re trying to oversell your service Stuff that I don’t need on my car. You’re trying to push that on my bill. I didn’t like it Jimmy I believe his name was Jimmy help my wife I was at work but my bill could’ve been all the way up to or maybe over $1000 where it really Didn’t have to be over $1000 maybe even $2000 I was disappointed. I was extremely disappointed for a tuneup that’s gonna cost me $500 and a coil that cost me $195 is kind of ridiculous. I’m super happy I voted for Donald Trump. I don’t know if I’ll go back to Nissan. You’re pushing your prices you’re pushing your service to your consumer I’m 65 years old. I kind of didn’t appreciate it. The only reason I went there is because Dillon is there and he was off yesterday Thursday. I don’t know what else to tell you I could rate you less but $800 for what you did. I could’ve done myself this weekend, but my wife was stranded and was afraid it was gonna damage the car even more so needless to say I don’t think I’ll go there again. More
Waited two hours for an oil change, tire rotation and plug a nail in one of the tires. The car was returned without the tires being inflated (since one was low prior to going in) and they never rotated plug a nail in one of the tires. The car was returned without the tires being inflated (since one was low prior to going in) and they never rotated the tires yet charged me for it. They also never sent in the recall noticed that they supposedly fixed back in May this year. The Nissan app still shows the recall as active and according to the app it should go away 2 days after the dealer fixes it. I would stay clear of cedar park Nissan service department! Poorly run.
