I would had preferred to keep my 2012 Equinox but told there was no part available but one, just one week later my car was up for sale. OH.. I was sent home with the dealer tag and not my own so I had to return next day to swap tags. Also, being at the dealership for almost 4 hours was not right. More
Service oil mechanic forgot to fill the oil pan to the eight quart full level. I checked at home the next day and it did not register on the dip stick. Returned to CCC the next day where an additional 1 eight quart full level. I checked at home the next day and it did not register on the dip stick. Returned to CCC the next day where an additional 1 1/2 quarts were added. I was leaving for North Carolina the next day, Just lucky I checked the oil level. The technician may not have been at fault. Perhaps the oil gun utilized may have been miscalibrated. However, the dip stick should be checked after each oil and filter change to be certain of the correct oil level. I’m “not” upset as this is the first instance of a flaw in my thirty-five years of patronizing CCC. We are good and no hard feelings. Just an fyi. More

I was approached by a salesman (Mr. Michael Johnson, a very nice man). He told me they had no new Colorado's on their lot and would I consider a 2023 trade-in with low millage (4122). I said I'd look at it. It was the right color and had 90% of the options I wanted. They used the typical sales routine on me. Mr Johnson presented me a price, we negotiated with the dealer owner for approval a couple of times and I eventually bought it. Did I get a great deal ...no. Am I satisfied... pretty much. My biggest problem is, although I paid about what the truck cost new, maybe saved a $1000 bucks, it's considered a used vehicle, with that you get no road side assistance, no Chevrolet Rewards point, and no offer of a one year maintenance check. I asked about ordering a keyless touchpad option for the Colorado and they ordered it for me. They offered no discount to install it for me but charged me $138.00 over the website posted install price of $60.00. My overall rating as a dealership would be a typical "C". Overall rating for Mr. Michael Johnson is an "A". Thank you Michael for your assistance and thank your wife for giving me her manuals. More
