Prior oil change, the technician overfilled the oil and we had to come back to get oil cleaned off car, inside and out. The return trip caused us to miss husbands PT appt which we had to pay for. Cecil Clark service reps are the best! We were treated fast and they were very nice. We made an appointment to get our car serviced. We had the car towed to them. We had some maintenance done on it too and it was all done and ready for us in 3 days. Unbelievable service! More
