Very disappointed with service given I was very disappointed with the service given by this dealer since the beginning. When calling to schedule an appointment I kept getting sent to a vo I was very disappointed with the service given by this dealer since the beginning. When calling to schedule an appointment I kept getting sent to a voicemail and had to wait for a call back the next day. Once there I go into the service department and wait there for at least five to ten minutes without even being acknowledged. They never have a vehicle for me to be able to use while there so I am stuck having to wait there, they told me it would take about 45 minutes took much longer. I asked about a wash and was told it would take a very long time, talk about discouraging you. This is probably the third visit I have made to this dealer and quite frankly I feel my presence is not acknowledged. More

Oil change and tire rotation . I tried to use the windshield washer and it did not have any fluid. Called service and they said to swing by and they would fill the unit. I live . I live in south Del Rio and its about 7 miles out to the dealership. I looked under the hood and the battery post had not been cleaned and it looked like the air filter had not been opened. At the local oil change they do all this while I wait. Should this have been done at the dealership? Also had the fuel filter replaced. More
