I returned to Cawood Honda due to my lease coming to an end soon and I wanted to test drive a few vehicles I was possibly interested in leasing next. I am always annoyed by car dealers that play a game between the sales person and the finance manager and the customer. I understand that it takes some time to get financial information on me but when between the sales person and the finance manager and the customer. I understand that it takes some time to get financial information on me but when they increase the time by going back and forth between the customer and the finance manager, I become irate. I have actually walked away from deals because of this. I did not feel that way here. Dennis was pleasant and I was offered the best prices right up front. Matt was very accommodating to help me find the finance plan that would fit my particular needs. When the deal finally boiled down to an affordable down payment and affordable monthly payments, I was shocked when the finance manager said that he found something that made the down payment even lower than agreed and the monthly payment lowered also. I really could not believe that they would go lower than I had agreed. To me, that is an honest dealer. More
