They would bring any problems to my attention, though problems were rare, and then fix with my approval. I loved the fact that they always washed the car when they were finished. 2. The body shop was great, too. When they fixed my car, you could not tell that there was an accident. The price for this service was very reasonable. 3. I would have kept the first car longer, but I hit a deer and the insurance company totaled it. Where to go? I went back to Cawood because I was so pleased with their service. I had come to know their salesman Tom when he ran the service department and was very impressed. Therefore I went to him when I needed another car. As we all know, it is not only the high quality of service one receives, but it is the respect that is given to the customer that also leaves an impression. People remember how they are treated and how they are made to feel most of all. I have always been treated with the utmost respect from Dan in the service department to the person at the parts counter to Lori who takes my money in the service department, and Matt who helped me with the financing and all of the sales staff. I always leave Cawood feeling good. In my recent purchase of a 2010 Honda Accord, I had to make several phone calls to Cawood and I want to make mention of how the woman who answers the telephone (sorry that I don't know her name) is very well spoken, polite and pleasant. In my line of work I know how important the first impression is and she is awesome. In my recent purchase I worked Tom Deneweth and was extremely happy with his service. He was respectful, not pushy or demanding, and always returned my calls and emails promptly. It was a pleasure working with him. I can't say enough nice things about Tom. I want to add that I am in no way "buttering up" for my future auto needs. I just feel strongly that when someone does a job well they should be recognized for it.
