I am always annoyed by car dealers that play a game between the sales person and the finance manager and the customer. I understand that it takes some time to get financial information on me but when between the sales person and the finance manager and the customer. I understand that it takes some time to get financial information on me but when they increase the time by going back and forth between the customer and the finance manager, I become irate. I have actually walked away from deals because of this. I did not feel that way here. Dennis was pleasant and I was offered the best prices right up front. Matt was very accommodating to help me find the finance plan that would fit my particular needs. When the deal finally boiled down to an affordable down payment and affordable monthly payments, I was shocked when the finance manager said that he found something that made the down payment even lower than agreed and the monthly payment lowered also. I really could not believe that they would go lower than I had agreed. To me, that is an honest dealer. More

I have been a Cawood customer since 1967-68, buying a new car every two to three years. I did not intend to purchase a new car now but made the mistake of going to look at them for a future purchase...Jerem car every two to three years. I am amazed at all the "standard" equipment that Honda includes in the price. The Honda Crosstour is a luxurious car, fun and easy to drive. I have been a loyal customer all these years because I trust Cawood Auto and their service department cannot be equaled! More
It doesn't get any easier than my experience buying my third Honda Odyssey from Cawood Auto. I have dealt with Cawood for 14 years. Their service department is top notch. They even provide a ride to work or home and pick you up when your car is done or at the end of day if you're working. I have never felt talked down to by their service department. I have a friend who called from FL to ask advice from the Cawood Service Rep. She knew he would be honest with her. Trust is a big issue when buying a car. I trust Cawood Auto to sell me the car I want and take care of me. Thank you Cawood for having the high standards that keep me happy. More
I saw a car on the internet that I liked. I noticed that it was at Cawood auto. I called Cawoods and talked to Tom Denewith. He invited me to Cawood's to test drive the car. The next day I went up to Cawood it was at Cawood auto. I called Cawoods and talked to Tom Denewith. He invited me to Cawood's to test drive the car. The next day I went up to Cawood's and Tom and I took the car for a spin. While we were riding Tom told me about the car, and we talked about price and financing. When we got back to the dealership, Tom let me look at the carfax and we went over all the info therein. Tom and I settled on a price and I told him that I wanted to talk to my wife before I made a final decision. The next day I called Tom and told him that I was not very successful when I talked to my bank. (The bank's APR was a little too steep to my thinking) Tom said not to worry about the bank because their financing guy Matt was very good at getting great deals for Cawood's customers. I said OK and a little later in the day Tom called back and told me that Matt had been successful in getting me the APR I wanted. The car I bought used was like new, not a mark on it. It had low mileage, was very clean, and drove like a dream. I was very happy when I picked the car up the next day. I would recommend Tom Denewith to anyone looking for a good car or truck if they want a good deal and someone to help you find that vehicle that would satisfy. The dealership, service personal and our sales person all went above and beyond to make our purchase of our used vehicle go smooth. Matt Dehring was our sales person and he made sure I got the most I could for both my trade-ins. He stayed late to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. He even went so far as to transfer my handicap lift from my Honda Odyssey minivan trade-in to my new Truck for me. It was the first time I ever saw a salesman (in dress clothes) lying on the ground undoing the wiring and undoing the bolts on the hitch and lift to get it transferred. By the time all the paperwork was done, Matt was greasy and dirty and my lift was on the new truck. This is the second vehicle I have bought from Cawood's and I have been happy both times. They also do service and body work on your vehicles. I will most defiantly recommend them to anyone. More
