A tree fell on my car and crushed the front passenger roof. I took the car into Cawood hoping that it would not be totaled out. The damage estimate was just under $15,000 to repair but it did not excee roof. I took the car into Cawood hoping that it would not be totaled out. The damage estimate was just under $15,000 to repair but it did not exceed the total out limit and they were able to repair it. It took 47 days to repair and replace all the necessary parts and I was in the shop 2-3 times every week checking on the progress. During this time the staff, especially Rob, was extremely friendly and helpful, always explaining what phase of repair they were in. I have used Cawood several times for my car repairs and will continue to do so in the future. Because of their friendly staff, good work, and timely repairs I would recommend Cawood.
