From the second I walked into this dealership I was treated with kindness and respect. When I arived at Cawood I was promptly greeted by Jeremy. He is a very nice young person who gave me alot of information and never made me feel like I was being rushed to make a decision. I returned to Cawood 2 other times before I made my purchase. When I selected the Civic I wanted they did not have the color in stock and told me they would gladly go get the color I desired. I returned back the very next day to take delivery of my new car and was introduced to Matt the Business Manager. Matt went over all of my finance options and offered different available warranty options. I did purchase an extended warranty and felt that it was a very fair price. After the paper work was finished Jeremy introduced me to the Service manager then spent 45 minutes going over the manuals and all of the features of the car. I left very satisfied that I knew how everything worked and never felt like he was trying to just push me through the process. Since I left Jeremy has followed up with me multiple times to see if I have any questions. I have recomended Cawood to a number of friends but more specifically Jeremy! Thank You! More

Went there for a car they had in the sales flyer. Of course, the car was "sold yesterday" and was no longer available. The salesman then proceeded to try and sell me another car that I had no interest course, the car was "sold yesterday" and was no longer available. The salesman then proceeded to try and sell me another car that I had no interest in. He and the finance guy tried to sell me a different car, which again I had no interest in. I wanted an Impala, but they said I wasn't able to purchase that ( which is odd since I had a pre-approved $30,000 loan). Long story short, they chose to push two different cars on me rather than the one I wanted (I'm guessing they would've made more commission off of them). As I was leaving, the finance guy was knocking on my window trying to get me to come back in. I will NEVER set foot on this dealership again! Waaaay too pushy!!!! More
