Cawood Honda

I returned to Cawood Honda due to my lease coming to an end soon and I wanted to test drive a few vehicles I was possibly interested in leasing next. After I narrowed down the vehicles I was interested in leasing next, he went and had the monthly payments figured out for me so that I could make my decision. I returned two days later to turn my lease vehicle in and lease my next car. This is my second lease with Cawood Honda (Dennis) and I returned to this dealer because my husband and I had a very good experience with our first lease at Cawood. We live about 4-5 miles from Friendly Honda, but were happy to make the farther drive back to Cawood with our business. More

I am always annoyed by car dealers that play a game between the sales person and the finance manager and the customer. I understand that it takes some time to get financial information on me but when between the sales person and the finance manager and the customer. I have actually walked away from deals because of this. I did not feel that way here. Dennis was pleasant and I was offered the best prices right up front. Matt was very accommodating to help me find the finance plan that would fit my particular needs. When the deal finally boiled down to an affordable down payment and affordable monthly payments, I was shocked when the finance manager said that he found something that made the down payment even lower than agreed and the monthly payment lowered also. I really could not believe that they would go lower than I had agreed. To me, that is an honest dealer. More

I have dealt with Cawood for 14 years. Their service department is top notch. They even provide a ride to work or home and pick you up when your car is done or at the end of day if you're working. I have never felt talked down to by their service department. I have a friend who called from FL to ask advice from the Cawood Service Rep. She knew he would be honest with her.
